RickshawDM stores data only to run the reply automations you set up. You can delete it yourself at any time, or ask us to delete your whole account. This page explains both options.
This deletes the data for that one account immediately.
We delete the account's access token and every record linked to it: the messages and comments we received, the reply log, the comment rules and the comment log. Automations for that account stop at once, and any later events Meta sends for it are ignored. Your RickshawDM login and your DM Replies rules stay in place until you delete your whole account (option 2).
Email kb@thekbdigital.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request by email and delete your account within 30 days. This removes your login, all connected accounts and their access tokens, all rules, all messages, comments and logs, and your subscription details.
The only exception is payment records that tax and accounting law requires us to keep. These are kept without being linked to your account, and contain no message or comment data.
You can also revoke our access from Meta's side. Our Meta app appears there as "RickshawDM" on Facebook and "RickshawDM-IG" on Instagram.
This stops our access immediately, but it does not delete the data already stored in RickshawDM. To delete that, use option 1 or option 2 above.
