DM Automate ("we", "our", "the app") is a reply-automation platform that connects to your Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, and/or Telegram Bot to automatically respond to direct messages based on rules you configure. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.

Information We Collect

• Account credentials: When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Telegram Bot, we store the access token issued by that platform so we can send messages and manage your connection on your behalf.
• Page/account details: Page or account ID and display name, used to identify and route incoming messages to the correct connection.
• Message content: Incoming direct messages (sender ID, sender name, message text, and the platform's raw event payload) are stored so that auto-reply rules can be matched and a history of conversations can be shown to you.
• Reply activity: Records of which rule matched a message and what reply was sent, so you can review your automation's performance.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate and maintain your connection to Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
• To receive incoming messages via webhooks and match them against your configured auto-reply rules.
• To send automated replies on your behalf through the connected platform's messaging API.
• To display message history and reply logs within your account dashboard.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your information. Access tokens and message data are used solely to operate the automation features you configure, and are transmitted only to the relevant platform (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, or Telegram) in order to send your automated replies.

Data Retention & Deletion

Connection data, message history, and reply logs are retained for as long as your account remains active or until you disconnect a platform from your Settings page, which deactivates that connection. To request deletion of your data, contact us using the details below.

Security

Access tokens are stored securely and used only by our servers to communicate with the connected platform's APIs. We use industry-standard practices (encrypted connections, hashed credentials, signed session cookies) to protect your data.
