Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use DM Automate ("we", "our", "the app"), a reply-automation platform that connects to your Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, and/or Telegram Bot to respond to messages based on rules you configure. By creating an account you agree to what follows.

Your Account

• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and you must give accurate account details.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• You must own, or be authorised to manage, every social account you connect.

Acceptable Use

The app sends messages as you, so how you use it reflects on your accounts and on ours. You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited messages. Meta and Telegram only permit replies to people who messaged or commented first, and the app is built to work that way.
• Send content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the app to impersonate another person or business.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or work around usage limits.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why when we do.

Platform Rules

Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their own terms — Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards, and Telegram's Bot Terms. If a platform changes its rules or removes an API we depend on, features may change or stop working. We will give you as much notice as the platform gives us.

Plans and Payment

• The free plan includes a monthly reply allowance. When it runs out, your rules pause until the month resets or you upgrade. Your data is not deleted.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep paid features until the end of the period already paid for; we do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing a price that affects you.

Your Content

Your rules, replies, and message history remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store this content, match incoming messages against your rules, and deliver your replies through the connected platform. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Message delivery depends on the connected platform's APIs, which can be delayed or unavailable for reasons outside our control. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales, or lost data arising from your use of the app. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending Your Account

You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your platforms and asking us to delete your account. We may end or suspend an account for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we stop offering the service — in the last case we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
