Questions

Do I need a Facebook Page?: For Instagram, yes — Instagram requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page before any app can send DMs on your behalf. Telegram needs only a bot token from @BotFather.
Will this get my account restricted?: We send through Meta’s and Telegram’s official messaging APIs and stay inside their policies, including the rule that you may only reply to people who messaged or commented first. We never send unsolicited messages.
What happens when I hit the free limit?: Your rules pause and you keep full access to your logs and settings. Nothing is deleted, and turning the rules back on is one upgrade away.
Can I turn a rule off?: Any rule can be disabled with one click and switched back on later. Disconnecting an account stops everything for that platform immediately.
Do you read my DMs?: We store incoming messages so rules can match them and so you can see your history. We don’t sell data or use your messages for anything else. The details are in our privacy policy.
